Building positive relationships and experiences in a safe environment is crucial to VIP projects’ success. Improved relationships overall helps people of all ages to have a different outlook to life choices.

Imagine That Theatre

Performance and Expressive activities such as Drama and Musical Theatre, allows individuals to create performances, tell stories and express feelings through dramatic expression and creative imagination, encouraging individuals to express themselves finding their voice.

Our Space

A chill out space to re-group and re-focus offering many activities to reflect and improve mental health and well-being for young people of all ages.

Step It Up

Physical activities including Dance, Gymnastics Glow Fit and Boxing improve fitness, increase flexibility, mobility. coordination, core strength, self-discipline and encourages individuals to be fitter.

Hooves and Me

Horse-riding sessions encourages those who have experienced trauma to trust and engage again through different means. This program is offered in partnership with organisations who have the expertise in this activity delivery.

Outdoors Together

The VIP community garden, set up in partnership with Bellshill Fire Service, is an outdoor space to connect with nature, at the same time learning and developing skills in horticutural techniques, growing fresh ingredients contributing to a healthier lifestyle.

Together We Care

Together We Care is a VIP-PASS Community Project offering support for unpaid carers and their loved ones through creative, mindful, and social sessions. With options to take part together or separately, it’s a safe, welcoming space to recharge, connect, and feel supported.

Chefs on the Move

Cookery sessions for young people and adults offering skills on nutrition, how to make healthy meals on a budget using healthy ingredients which encourages healthier eating habits and improves overall health.

Outreach Programs

Working with local primary, secondary schools and nurseries in partnership with active schools’ coordinators, head teachers and staff to deliver activities centred around fitness and health.”

Mentoring Program

Offering young people the chance to coach alongside qualified instructors, obtaining the relevant tools and skills to become accredited coaches increasing chances for future employment.

Buddy Scheme

Intergenerational work where younger and older members come together helping to reduce loneliness and isolation breaking down barriers and learning skills from each other for example, IT or Knitting.

Pram to Primary

Offers sensory, messy play, baby massage, arts/crafts, sing and sign, reading play, music and movement and toddlers to our younger participants and their carers.

Building Bonds

Interactive activities where young people, parents, and carers can re-connect. A combination of programs where different age groups interact at the same time building and repairing bonds that may be broken of severed.
